Duties and Responsibilities :
1- Supervise food production or assist Dietitian in food service supervision and planning Based upon nutritional needs and guidelines .
2- Obtain and evaluate dietary histories of individuals to plan Accurately follows diet patterns to write Standard special diets for new admissions.
3- Prepares production sheets for meals and snack
4- Complete patient tray identification diet slips.
5- Attend tray line service and checks patients trays for accuracy.
6- Update and correct menus as required by diet changes.
7- Maintains patient cardexes and records diet changes accurately from computer manually .
8- Complete daily and monthly patient meal census.
9- Answers diet office phone calls and follows through all messages.
10- Carry out all clerical duties in documentations of all issues, matters, services related to dietary.
11- Ensure proper cleanliness throughout her station.
6.2 Personal Qualities:
6.2.1 Computer literate.
6.2.2 Must be willing and able to cope with daily pressure and unforeseen events
6.2.3 Must be able to meet deadlines for daily duties and assignments.
6.2.4 Can understand and comprehend written documents.
6.2.5 Has good critical thinking skills and can reason and apply logic to problem solving
