Job Description
We are looking to hire an Admin Assistant to work under Accounts Dept. for our esteemed client.
• Assist in compiling and analyzing financial information to prepare financial statements including monthly and annual reports.
• Post date to various ledgers, registers, journals and logs following established accounting techniques and procedure.
• Maintains various ledger accounts including reconciliation of revenue accounts, expenditures and cash
balances.
• Controls contract and insurance policies dates, payments, variances and recommends renewal for assigned COAs
• Review purchase order preparation
• Prepares payments as assigned
• Prepares quarterly billing as assigned
• Prepare bank reconciliation
• Prepares the financial statements as assigned at the end of each month
• Prepare reports on current and forecasted expenditures/revenues against budget
• Reviews accounting documents to ensure accuracy of information and calculations and makes or direct correcting entries
