– Creating shipping/delivery routes and schedules.

– Responsible for supervising and accounting for an inventory.

– Identifying which and how much stock to order and at what time.

– Proper time warning of a shortage to ensure there’s always enough stock to fulfill customer orders.

– Ensuring customs and municipality protocols.

– Calculating storage and clearance costs.

– Tracking shipping and customs documents and optimizing logistical procedures.

– Responsible for tracking, receiving and stocking all items ordered.

– Carry out annual property inventory and provide another report in his area of responsibility.

– Receiving and dispatching goods and verifying movements of stock.

– Prepare accurate reports for upper management.

– مسؤول عن الإشراف والمحاسبة على المخزون

–  تحديد المخزون المطلوب وكميته والوقت المناسب لإعادة الطلب

– متابعة بالوقت المناسب من النقص لضمان وجود مخزون كافٍ دائمًا لتلبية طلبات العملاء

– ضمان بروتوكولات الجمارك والبلدية.

– حساب تكاليف التخزين والتخليص.

– تتبع اوراق الشحن والتخليص وتحسين الإجراءات اللوجستية.

– مسؤول عن تتبع واستلام وتخزين جميع العناصر المطلوبة

– استلام البضائع وإرسالها والتحقق من حركة المخزون

– إعداد تقارير دقيقة للإدارة العليا
