Business Development Manager – Garment Factory (Workwear, Uniform, Corporate Clothing)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager for our garment factory specialized in workwear, uniform, and corporate clothing. The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in UAE as a business development manager and should have a strong technical understanding of the specifications of uniforms and workwear.

Responsibilities:

• Identifying and developing new business opportunities in the workwear, uniform, and corporate clothing industry.
• Building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Identifying and analyzing market trends and customer needs to develop new product lines.
• Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and profits.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Managing and analyzing sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth.
• Continuously monitoring and analyzing the competitive landscape and market conditions.
• Representing the company at trade shows, events, and other industry-related functions.
