Job Profile:
To manage information or transactional services within a specialized business line to internal or external clients
Key Role:
The candidate is responsible for responding to client inquiries related to HR policy and procedure as a first line of contact, performing quality control activities, performs data analysis, performs data entry and transactional procedures in the organizations HRIS. The incumbent actively participates in the development of new business process procedures and standard operating procedures. The incumbent is also responsible for testing SAP HR system changes

Education: Min. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/HR related
Key Skills:
- HRIS / SAP knowledge is an advantage.
