Job Requirement – Duties & Responsibilities:
Implement and manage an effective “Activity based costing (ABC)” cost management program with an objective to support effective pricing and profitability of existing products, potential new products and specialized logistics solutions.
To support the company’s long term strategic cost management program using ABC costing methodologies.
Development of conceptual tools and processes to further enhance costing methodology.
Provide management insight into regional and country cost structures and help formulate tactics and long-term strategy to improve cost positions.
Managing the creation of cost and revenue models, along with profitability analysis of customers, products and services
Understanding contracts and tenders and support CRM team to propose competitive rates.
Evaluate, recommend changes, and improve pricing strategies for Naqel’s various products and services to meet Management financial goals and improve revenue and, margin.
This is very much a strategic role. Information and reporting are just the tip of the iceberg. What really matters is
your ability to see the value in the information you provide and to inspire others to make use of it.
It calls for someone who is used to working in a rapidly changing environment and who is comfortable proposing,
justifying, initiating and implementing change.
To achieve this you will need a strong set of ‘soft’ skills, including:
Facilitation and conflict resolution
Experience: Min 10 years of experience in logistics industry in managerial roles in Costing/Commercial functions
