We are hiring a customer service representative with atleast 3 years’ experience in similar filed to manage customer queries and complaints. To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated.
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities & Required:
-Basic knowledge of Dubai Real Estate market.
– Assist relationship manager with complaints & questions, give customers information & update in a punctual manner.
– Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
– Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
– Communicating with customers through various channels.
– Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
– Knowing our business model inside and out so that you can answer questions.
