Job Description
Ability to handle Employee Relations issues end to end
<br />Ensure consistency in the administration of HR guidelines and practices by coaching/advising management on effective ways to handle employee relations, performance management, employee engagement, reward and recognition and disciplinary issues.
<br />Coordinate playbooks for annual HR activities such as compensation planning and open enrolment
<br />Everyday communication with internal and external HR team
<br />Preparation of legal documents (salary agreements, deductions)
<br />Manage and control the company’s payroll system including, wage scales, salary scales, expenses, allowances
<br />Ensure the successful delivery of programs and projects to plan
<br />Work closely with HR and a wide variety of program and business stakeholders globally.
<br />Experience in successfully shaping and leading an integrated talent strategy based on labor market dynamics and business requirements is vital.

<br />RequirementsMinimum Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or relevant area
<br />Minimum 7 years of experience in overall HRM, HRD and HR process and policy
