-Aligning current Human resource activities as per the organization’s work ethics and requirements.
-Assist the senior management in creating smart development modules as per departmental requirements.
-1-3 year of experience as an HR manager (covering all areas of HR including recruitment, induction, employee relations, etc.)
-precise knowledge of UAE labor law
-Evaluate existing L&D sessions and implement modifications for improvement.
-Ensure key address of vital operational aspects to consistently improve company performance and follow the KPIs to appraisals
