·       Managing or coordinating the distribution and dissemination of company financial information, IR Investor Disclosure Documents in addition to Consolidated and Standalone Financial Statements in an accurate, regular and timely manner.

·       Proactively anticipating and addressing investor and analyst issues.

·       Updating research analysts, investors and shareholders with all market, industry and company related development and their impact on the company’s business prospects.

·       Organizing road shows, conferences and analyst tours

·       Ensuring all information shared and documents prepared and presented are of high quality, accurate, correct, complete and comprehensive and refreshed regularly to best in class standards.
