Identification and appointment of new distributors and potential opportunities in new markets in the MENA region
Closely track, channel and SKU wise secondary sales for the country month on month
Execution and delivery of annual operating plans.
Liaise with the distributor partners to plan, review and execute distribution in the assigned market.
Plan and execute trade marketing and BTL initiatives in all the channels in the assigned market.
Build network in FMCG sector to connect relationships with key distributors in the assigned market.
Closely monitor inventory to plan, forecast and maintain prescribed inventory levels.
Market visits to generate feedback on distributor execution& improvement; and gather competition insights.
Data Management: Maintenance and timely sharing of reports and market expenses. Clear track of market spends (A&P).
5 to 7 years of FMCG experience in MENA
Basic excel proficiency. Prior experience in managing distributors and business development
