We are looking for a Manager- Business Growth based in the UAE.
Primary Responsibility –
· Grow Business Revenue in UAE through your prre-existing and new connects.
Key Responsibilities – In detail
· Full regional responsibility to strategize, plan, develop and achieve Business Results in chosen domains – Banking, Healthcare
· Research, Gain & Share Deep Insights of Prospective Clients, create an individualized approach, design solutions & Product Offerings to meet customer needs
· Develop Monthly / Quarterly / Annual plans and achieve revenue goals
· Have pre-existing contacts in the BFSI and Business Transformation industries
· Engage with top levels of management, building effective relationships
· Have a deep understanding of Enterprise Software Solutions and market trends
· Familiar with solution selling techniques
· Have strong account management skills
· Responsible for giving Technical Presentations to Customers on proposed Solutions
· Conclude and close commercial terms with Corporate Commercial team and resolve outstanding issues with clients.

- Must have excellent communication, organizational and relationship building skills
· 5 – 10 years UAE Sales experience with consistent track record.
· Tech platfroms – Banking Platfroms, Doc Management, BPM platfroms, Healtcare platforms
· Masters / Bachelor’s degree
· Good knowledge of Competitive Landscape and experience in selling to large Banking / Healthcare customers
· Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
· Affinity for Travel.
