Job Description
Study of all project documents and Preparation of Base line schedule, Resource calculation, allocation, Prepare Cash, Man‐hours, and Equipment & Material S-Curves.
Prepare periodic reports and progress reports, presentations,…etc.
Preparation of Extension of Time Claims EOT documents and schedule impacts (Delay Analysis).
Delays Analyzing study for the impact of claims and variations orders on time schedule and cash flow.
Review sub‐Contractor(s) schedule submittals to determine if the submittals meet the contract requirements.
Ensures performance reviews are conducted on field planning staff in accordance with established schedule & Support Tracking of progress against milestone dates.
Highlight the delays and the possible consequences of disruptions in the schedule &Prepare Mitigation Plans.
Update of time schedule, preparation of recovery schedules, ..etc.
Preparation of the Subcontractors sub‐schedules and monitoring the progress of each and reflecting their output in the Master progress Schedule.
Skills
Good command of related computer software such as Primavera P6, Expedition, AutoCAD, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, photoshop, …etc.
Fluent English language (writing & speaking)
PMP, RMP certified are preferred.
Cost Control knowledge and previous experience is preferred
