Job Description
1. To provide direction and information in the areas of operation, procedural changes and work instructions.
2. To manage overall activities of non local material procurement in all areas of operation, including the set-up and management of letters of credit and bank transfer.
3. To contribute to the management and monitoring of annual budget allocation and control of procurement in all import areas in accordance with Company policies and procedures and levels of authority.
4. To manage procurement assistants with issues arising during the coordination of procurement activities with Finance and Admin Dept and Project Managers in relation to order payments.
5. To manage the development of processes and procedures to enhance and streamline non local procurement activities.
6. To manage the review commercial terms and conditions of orders and give guidance to Project Managers as to the relationship between payment terms and approvals.
