Job Description
MAYAS, an online boutique for authentic new and pre-loved bags of luxury bags, is looking to employ a full-time English-speaking FEMALE sales-in-charge.
Responsibilities:
· Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly;
· Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail;
· Maintaining goods accounting in Google Spreadsheets;
· Placement of goods on the sales platforms;
· Managing online sales
Skills
· Minimum of 3 years experience as an Office Manager, Sales Manager or Administrative Assistant in Dubai;
· Multitask in a fast pace environment;
· Strong communication and client management skills;
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
· Proficient in Microsoft Office;
· Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize;
