We are currently looking for a “Sales Manager”, who will be responsible for all new client discussions and proposal development beyond our current client list. The role reports to Managing Partner.
Key responsibilities and objectives:
- Define strategic goals, liaise with business partners and stakeholders, and identify new business opportunities.
- Develop a network of contacts to attract new clients and oversee growth projects.
- Coordinate department’s research on market insights, industry trends, competing organisations, customer demographics, new technologies and more.
- Generate sales projections and forecast revenue in line with projected income.
- Create financial models, generate pitch decks, and prepare fully-fledged proposals for higher-level staff to review.
- Report and propose interventions to leadership regarding Sales development and its way forward.
- Attend professional conferences and industry events for lead generation.
- Manage full-cycle sales process and lead client negotiations.
