Job Description
Sales Manager- Healthcare
- Healthcare Solutions Business Head with P&L accountability for the Sales verticals with vision for exponential growth
- Lead the sales team in developing and implementing new product lines’ growth strategies
- Demonstrate strategic thinking to make the business a win-win for the Store, the Principal and for ourselves
- Investigate market needs for innovative products including extensive market research and competitive analysis to include response strategies
- Support new product introduction programs
- Manage products through the life cycle, forecast and monitor sales and margin results recommending appropriate strategies and actions
- Drive product innovations, modifications and extensions
- Support sales regarding technical aspects of products and applications, developing and presenting training modules for field sales, distributors, customers, and employees
- Make presentations to doctors, practice staff and nurses in GP surgeries, hospital doctors and pharmacists in the retail sector
- Keep up to date with the latest clinical data supplied by the company, and interpret, present and discuss this data with health professionals during presentations
- Analyze sales data to improve results and make sure resources are effectively allocated
- Manage all leads and customers within a defined territory
- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, etc.
