Salary: Range from QAR 12,000 – QAR 18,000
Job Profile:
To research, analyze, develop, implement, and operationalize Talent Management Strategy by building and retaining a high-performance workforce.
Key Role:
The candidate will be responsible for Learning & Development, National Development, Management and leadership Development, Career Planning, Succession Planning, Performance Management and Employee Engagement policies, programs and processes under the Talent Management umbrella.

Education: Min. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/HR related
Required Skills:
