- Experienced in the visa process for UAE, Middle East, and other countries across the world
- Aware of legal aspects related to travel and VISA process
- Understanding customer requirements
- Resolve questions and be able to process all travel inquiries
- Able to develop documented process for VISA process and Travel process for each country
