Job Description:

 Provide an excellent in-store experience through aesthetic, functional, eye-catching displays to increase sales and convert window shoppers into prospects.

 Create appealing visual displays all throughout the store – from window displays, signs, interior displays, floor plans, and special promotions displays, as appropriate for the season.

 Come up with, revise and present design ideas with VMAs to be in alignment with the organization’s culture, products, image, and target market prior to implementation.

 Secure a very accurate and detailed planning of the assigned area during the commercial planning and to secure a very accurate implementation of the assigned area during the commercial build up.

 Oversee the production and brief staff on arranging displays, new product launches and reflect festive or seasonal themes, lifestyle trends based on research.
